THE CENTER OF CLAYTON
Demolition of existing natatorium and gymnasium annex. Construction of a new recreation facility including leisure pool, competition pool, 2 gymnasiums, indoor track, fitness/workout areas, meeting rooms, locker rooms, weight rooms. This facility is shared with Clayton High School.

THE POINTE AT BALLWIN COMMONS
Phase I New community recreation center (54,000 sq. ft.), 2 court gymnasium, elevated jogging track, locker rooms, central court atrium, concession and lounge area, game room lounge, meeting areas and offices.
Phase II Natatorium - 6,500 sq. ft. indoor leisure swimming pool, vortex whirlpool, hot water spa and interactive play area.

DES PERES COMMUNITY CENTER
Swimming Pools: Outdoor pool, pool house, indoor community center with wave pool, tot pool, whirlpool spa, sauna and steam rooms, a 5,400 sq. ft. fitness center to include a 2 court gymnasium, fitness/workout area, aerobics/dance studio, jogging track, meeting rooms, locker rooms, weight rooms and administrative offices for the Parks and Recreation Department . Scheduled to open Fall of 2003

WHITCLIFF PARK AQUATIC CENTER / ACTIVE AREA
Family play pool, slides, 500 foot lazy river, 10 lane competitive lap pool, bathhouse, pavilion, pool with 2 slides, 500 seat amphitheater, stage with finished basement, tennis courts, playground, parking, walk paths and landscaping
